Foreign Aid being re-routed to UK unions and indoctrination programmes

David Cameron is facing growing criticism of his move to shelter the international aid budget from cuts after it was revealed that it diverts millions of pounds to trade unions and controversial projects in the UK.

International Development is one of just two Whitehall departments – the other is Health – ring-fenced from the swingeing 25  per cent spending cuts announced by Chancellor George Osborne last week.

But critics are increasingly questioning whether its £6 billion-a-year budget should be spared – while Departments such as the Home Office could be forced to sack 35,000 police officers in the £113 billion deficit reduction package.

Research has found that, since 2003, the Department for International Development (DFID) has spent millions on projects including:

• £3.6  million to the Trades Union Congress.
• More than £1 million to teach nursery and primary school children in the UK about the ‘dangers of unequal global development’.
• £600,000 to an ethnic minority think-tank which has not published a report for almost three years.
• £300,000 to the National Union of Teachers to ‘enable them to become global agents of change’.

Last night, the Conservatives said DFID’s immunity from the cuts would remain – but a ‘full value-for-money review’ of its spending was promised.

The Prime Minister’s Election pledge to protect the health and overseas aid budgets was designed to neutralise Labour claims that the Tories would hit frontline services.

But it means the burden of Mr Osborne’s move to cut Whitehall by a quarter over four years will fall on Transport and the Home Office – which face cuts of up to 33 per cent as a result.

The policy came despite a pre-Election audit of the DFID, which identified £800 million of annual spending with dubious merit – including £35 million in aid to corrupt Uganda and an astonishing £825 million to nuclear-armed India over the three years from 2009.

The EU also receives £1 billion a year from the department to distribute to developing countries.

Now, research by the International Policy Network (IPN) think-tank has identified where much of DFID’s money goes in this country.

Since 2003, £3.6 million has been given to the TUC, including a £2.4 million handout in 2009 for ‘advocacy and lobbying work’ and ‘to build support for development in the United Kingdom’.

Of this, £756,000 went on a ‘Strategic Framework Partnership Agreement’ – to fund training for the TUC to learn how to apply for further DFID grants.

The department also found £600,000 to set up a UK think-tank called Connections For Development, which aims to ‘provide a forum for black and ethnic minority organisations on issues relating to international development’.

When you consider the fact these 'elites' have been born and raised on corporate thinking, corporate law, multi-nationals and central banks, it makes perfect sense. What we are seeing in the world is simply a consolidation and streamlining of their 'human corp'. A global government is merely a reduction in the size and power of their 'subdiaries' (nation states, central banks local corporations) into the main global system.

One of the main vehicles for this are the supranational unions, such as the EU and NAU. These enable the global directorship to impose rules and diktats with greater ease. No need to go forth and convince the numerous national governments to implement xyz. Simply pass it as the supranational level, local governments then impose them using their own legislation, doing their best to cover up the fact it came from beyond their borders.

The depopulation plan (Agenda 21 et al) is simply their desire to cut 'waste' from their farms. It also, by reducing numbers and exterting ever more control over individuals, serves to reduce the probability of rebellion. Another way of putting this is reducing the number of variables in the system to control the propensity for chaotic, unpredictable behaviour in the population.

The cattle blink and then go back to being collateral for loans for private banks, reduce the cost of credit and encourage people to get into debt. CCTV cameras that have the potential to talk to passersby have gone live across Hounslow - but Big Brother will not be speaking just yet.
Instead, the cameras, which can be fitted with technology to recognise faces and give people a ticking off through speakers, will remain silent as they keep a watchful eye on about 200 hot spots in the borough.

In the future the cameras could be installed with thermal imaging technology to help search for suspects and missing people and a gadget to match faces and number plates against the police database, as well as speakers.

However, a council spokesman stressed: “The option is there but it is not something we are looking at at the minute."

5,000 teenagers a year have repeat abortions

More than 5,000 teenagers had an abortion last year that was at least their second termination.

This means that one in 20 of the teenagers who became pregnant ended it with their second or further abortion.

It caused further controversy yesterday over the Government's teen pregnancy strategy, which has not only failed to hit its targets but last year also saw numbers of conceptions among teenagers actually increase.

Critics have accused ministers of relying increasingly on abortion to deal with teen pregnancy.

The latest figures – released to MPs by the Department of Health – show that repeat abortions have become common among teenagers.

They revealed that in 2008 there were 5,218 repeat abortions among girls under 20 in England, and a further 15,029 among those aged between 20 and 24.

Around one in 12 of abortions performed on teenagers were second or further repeat abortions.

The figures for repeat abortion among teenagers come amid a continuing rise in overall numbers of women having second or further abortions.

Last year nearly 65,000 women who had already had an abortion went through a second, third or further pregnancy termination.

I started making notes to post quotes, but I would end up typing up 50% of the book. Do not think about the fact that individual freedom is the blood cell of a healthy, free society, and that the EU is the opposite of that. Putting aside the corrupt money flows, whereby the accounts of the EU haven't been signed off for 15 years or more, or the historical connection between the EEC cum EU and the Nazi 'Fourth Reich' plan, or the complete lack of democratic accountability and the blatant and consistent disregard for you view or the consequences of their decisions upon your life. Just put aside the 100,000+ pages of rules and diktats the EU has created to 'regulate' your life ad infinitum, even though simple logic would dictate that the more laws you have, the less free you are, seeing as rules and laws cannot add to freedom (freedom is an absence of law). Think about that, (in gross payments) we have been forced (because we didn't consent) into giving the EU approx a quarter of a trillion pounds of YOUR money, so you can be told what you can or cannot do, lest you be forced to pay them even more. The benefits of the EU are?

In every decision in life, whether you realise it or not, you carry out a risk-benefit assessment. Is going up to that girl at the bar worth the potential date later? The cost of that van worth the potential extra business? Think about how the EU benefits you. Forget their waffle, the expensive leaflets and propaganda. Try and think how paying the EU over £12,300 per minute, 24/7 year in, year out, benefits you. Compare it to how much you think it would benefit you by not paying it, and by not being told what to do.

I did say the book was short, I read it in a matter of hours without hardly trying. Unfortunately most people under the age of 18 can't read, but for those who can, get a copy.

Gender equality guidance only involves 'violence' against women

Men don't experience any form of domestic violence apparently. Too busy being all conspiring in a patriarchy to oppress wimmin I presume.

Children as young as five are to have lessons in "gender equality" as part of the first national strategy to tackle violence against women and girls.

Youngsters in schools will also be taught that it is wrong to hit girls and not to bully transsexuals as part of the national curriculum.

I thought schools were supposed to teach reading and writing etc. Not how to behave towards certain 'groups' of society. Could you get more collectivist?

It is part of a wider cross Government initiative to combat domestic violence and other attacks on women and instill in young people the importance of healthy, non violent relationships.

Maybe the increase in domestic violence is happening in Muslim homes, where it is common to beat up your wife ('she who is deficient in intellect' Mohammed).

Home Office engaged in conspiracy regarding immigration

Conspiracy; an agreement between two or more persons to break the law at some time in the future, and, in some cases, with at least one overt act in furtherance of that agreement.

Labour's “open door” immigration policy knowingly risked allowing dangerous people to settle in Britain unchecked, according to documents seen by The Sunday Times.

The Whitehall correspondence, which was illegally withheld by the Home Office for four years, shows how ministers were told by the country’s most senior immigration official that his staff were to be “encouraged to take risks” when granting visas, work permits and extended residency to hundreds of thousands of new migrants.

The cover-up of this policy of risk-taking was so concerted that Richard Thomas, the then information commissioner, sent a team of investigators into the Home Office to trawl all the relevant papers. Earlier this year he rebuked the department for breaking the law and ordered it to release the material under the freedom of information (FoI) law.

The documents help to explain the huge rise in the flow of migrants into Britain as the Home Office rushed to clear a backlog of 45,000 cases.

Officials agreed to fast-track 337,000 applications with minimal checks. This led to a rapid rise in immigration. In 1999, 170,000 visas were granted; by 2002, this had risen to 300,000.

Yeah, and the rest. Let's see. More immigrants floods the labour market, the public services, the scum they let in increase the crime rate (more laws and government surveillance anyone), the welfare state buys votes while disempowering the indigenous people. The gentler sex

A two-year-old girl was punched in the head by muggers who demanded money from her mother.

The 23-year-old victim was shopping with her daughter in Wembley, north-west London, when a pair of girls tried to rob her.

The attackers, who Scotland Yard said were thought to be in their teens, hit the mother on the arm before punching the toddler in the head. None of the victim's belongings were taken.

Detective Inspector Rebecca Reeves, from the Metropolitan Police, said: 'Although the victim and her daughter do not have any visible injuries, this was a frightening experience for them.'

Police have released a CCTV image of the two alleged attackers taken after the attempted robbery at around 5pm on Tuesday, November 3.

Both women were of Mediterranean appearance, with long dark brown curly hair and aged between 14 and 18.

One was 5ft and wore a white jacket, black mini-skirt, tiger stripe leggings, black flat shoes and carried a large black fake leather bag.

The second wore a black jacket, blue denim skinny jeans, black Ugg-style boots and had a large brown fake leather bag with gold details.

In a landmark ruling, Mr Justice Michael Burton said that "a belief in man-made climate change ... is capable, if genuinely held, of being a philosophical belief for the purpose of the 2003 Religion and Belief Regulations".

The ruling could open the door for employees to sue their companies for failing to account for their green lifestyles, such as providing recycling facilities or offering low-carbon travel.

When I was growing up, the only girl among four brothers, my mother was always going on at me (and only me) about being 'nice'.

Girls had to be nice to everyone. Boys didn't share these restrictions. If someone wasn't nice to them, they certainly weren't going to be nice back.

It is an ugly and mean way of behaving - and I believe it is stripping away the bonds that hold females together as friends.

My mother kept on at me so tiresomely when I was a little girl because she knew female rivalry started young. My brothers would be encouraged to compete with each other at games and sports, while I was taught that comparing myself with others was not good for girls.

I know she would recoil in horror at the way young girls now eye each other up in public, checking out the colour of their Converse trainers or the Claire's Accessories bow in their hair.

I have watched my nine-yearold daughter pass a girl of a similar age in the street and they are like two stereotypical jealous women in a production of Carmen - all narrowed eyes and furrowed brows as they slowly look from the feet to the face and back again, often with accompanying adults blithely unaware.

Read the comments! It says what I have been saying for years, and will always say. Women are always so quick to label men 'misogynists' for two main reasons, first, to shame the man into giving her what she wants and two, she is projecting her own hatred of women onto him.

EU to demand Britain let in all asylum seekers

You cannot legally be an asylum seeker from a stable country, and we are an island the last time I checked.

Europe's Justice Commissioner will today demand a change in the law to allow 'Britain-obsessed' asylum seekers into the UK at their earliest convenience.

Jacques Barrot, a former French minister, believes the reform would assist migrants who are sleeping rough in Calais, waiting for a chance to enter Britain.

This includes hundreds who will be evicted this week from the notorious 'Jungle' squat in the town, which riot police plan to destroy.

Under current law the asylum seekers should be sent back to the country where they entered the EU.

So why aren't they then?

But, referring to a proposal which would allow foreigners to claim asylum in any EU country they want, Mr Barrot said: 'In order for the closure of the Jungle to make sense, it is necessary to share the burden between France and Great Britain.

'There should be a solidarity within the EU over asylum.

Fine, send them elsewhere then, Europe is a big place. Britain is one of the most densely populated countries in Europe and we have enough of our own problems which we must give priority too, otherwise what the fuck are we paying the government for?

They play a nightly game of cat and mouse with the police as they try to board lorries and trains heading for Dover.

Police sources in the town have confirmed that CRS riot control officers supported by soldiers would move in to the camp, the largest of many, with batons and flame throwers on Tuesday, the day after Ramadan ends.

We all know why they want to come here, so cut the shit. This brings me to another query.

Why are immigrants with no history, connection or contribution to Britain entitled to taxpayer funded welfare the instant they get off the boat/ coach/ train. Local people are turned away from social housing options, saying 'the list is full' while entire areas change cultural and ethnic composition.

Divide and conquer.

People need to stop making excuses for this government, this isn't incompetence, it is cultural warfare. They are engaged in breaking down Britain's centuries old cohesion, along with the destruction of the nuclear family, as government policy.

This is what happens when you interfere with families

LONDON (Reuters) - Some children are living in such poverty that
their lives mirror the suffering of those in the "times of Dickens," a
teachers' union leader says.

Lesley Ward, president of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers
(ATL), said some children come from communities with such deprivation
that it is incredibly hard for schools to help rectify.

"There are perfectly healthy children who enter school not yet toilet-trained," Ward told a reception in London.

"Children who cannot dress themselves, children who only know how to
eat with a spoon, and have never sat around a table to enjoy a
home-cooked family meal. Children who don't know who will be at home
when they get home -- if anyone.

Well we all know, one of the primary goals of this government has been the destruction of the nuclear family, to replace it with the mutated socialist state-family. That is, instead of father - mother - children, it is state - mother - children. The biggest additional factor is the welfare system which specifically encourages single mother units, and indeed, actually punishes families where the father is present.

On top of that, the massive financial burden of this corporate socialist state means that anyone that does get around to working is battered by taxes. This makes it harder for those on benefits to get out of the rut they are in. Which is actually the point. The state does not want people wealthy, healthy and independent of them, because the state automatically loses its power over us. So this can only get worse.

Ward said she knew of one pupil who watched from a classroom window
as his father was in handcuffs after his house's front door was kicked
down.

"The reality is that six in 10 poor children live in families where
someone works. That's shocking isn't it -- you go out to work, perhaps
two or even three part-time jobs, and you're still living below the
poverty line," she said.

"Life mirroring the times of Dickens."

She said deprivation caused the problem of "poverty of aspiration,"
with parents seeing little value in education, but she rejected the
notion that teachers just accepted this.

Teaches can only do so much. Broken dependent homes will most likely breed broken dependent offspring. Broken in the sense they cannot think for themselves and dependent on the state for survival.

And that is just how the state wants it.

The French government plans next year to begin making heavy users of household and transport fuels bear more of the tax burden. President Nicolas Sarkozy is expected to say in coming weeks that such a shift is necessary to nudge French citizens toward cleaner alternatives.

The tax would reportedly start at about 14 euros (or $20) for each ton of CO2 emitted, and could rise to levels of around 100 euros ($143) for each ton by 2030. That could mean substantial increases in the price of gasoline and diesel, as well as a sizable jump in the cost of keeping homes warm.

But skeptics say the idea may have less to do with clean energy, and more to do with a desire on the part of Mr. Sarkozy’s government to find new ways to keep the national debt in check.

I guess reducing state spending or borrowing is out of the question. You can't control people with debt if they're not in it! Spend spend spend, borrow some more. The money printers will demand interest too remember, so the state oppresses the people and wrings them dry, squeezing as much out of them as possible. You have to keep in mind that money (to us) represents production, which means it represents out time, which is life. A weeks' pay is a week of your working life gone. They want the money you earn, which is the same as them saying they want your life.

Introduction of carbon tax suggested

The Commission on Taxation has recommended the introduction of a carbon tax to help cut Ireland’s greenhouse gas emissions.

In a report published this morning, the commission said this tax should apply to all carbon-based fuels sold for use in Ireland and should be based on the tonnes of CO2 emitted by each fuel. It said the tax could raise €500 million per year.

“The tax should be clearly visible at the point of final consumption to ensure it is not seen as ‘just another tax’”, the report said.

The Commission said a carbon tax would encourage polluters to cut emissions to save money and encourage innovation. “It is fair in the sense that those who choose to pollute the most, pay the most,” it said.

While there should be no preferential rates, businesses who are involved in the Emissions Trading Scheme should be exempt, it said.

United Nations Report Advocates Teaching Masturbation to 5-Year-Olds

NEW YORK — The United Nations is recommending that children as young as five receive mandatory sexual education that would teach even pre-kindergarteners about masturbation and topics like gender violence.

The U.N.'s Economic, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) released a 98-page report in June offering a universal lesson plan for kids ranging in age from 5-18, an
"informed approach to effective sex, relationships" and HIV education that they say is essential for "all young people."

How on earth did we survive as kids without the United Nations looking after our minds?

Britain pushing for CCTV in private homes

WIRED reports;

As an ex-Brit, I’m well aware of the authorities’ love of surveillance and snooping, but even I, a pessimistic cynic, am amazed by the governments latest plan: to install Orwell’s telescreens in 20,000 homes.

£400 million ($668 million) will be spend on installing and monitoring CCTV cameras in the homes of private citizens. Why? To make sure the kids are doing their homework, going to bed early and eating their vegetables. The scheme has, astonishingly, already been running in 2,000 family homes. The government’s “children’s secretary” Ed Balls is behind the plan, which is aimed at problem, antisocial families. The idea is that, if a child has a more stable home life, he or she will be less likely to stray into crime and drugs.

The state continues to entrench itself into every aspect of peoples’ lives, to monitor and regulate everything.

Today, the Daily Mail reports (my emphasis);

Furious tenants say security cameras have turned their flats into a huge Big Brother house.

It comes after a housing trust installed up to 112 CCTV cameras in their eight three-storey blocks and pointing towards residents' front doors.

And people wonder why abolition of private property is always pursued by totalitarian regimes/ ideologies…

People living there say the move is an invasion of their privacy and fear they will be spied on 24 hours a day.

Tenant Phillip Mays, 44, was one of the first to be affected after a camera was installed outside his flat.

He said: 'They'll be able to sit watching who comes and goes into each of our flats 24 hours a day.

'If we were in prison we could expect security like that, but not in our own home.

It isn’t security, it’s surveillance. How does it make you more secure? Criminals will cover their faces. Only the law abiding will have their behaviour recorded, just like only the law abiding will be affected by draconian laws.

And again, the same old ‘fighting anti-social behaviour’ excuses are trotted out. Disruptive behaviour by feral brats, which just so happens to be the direct consequence of the welfare state and the governments’ war on families.

This is how these bastards operate. They destroy any and all institutions of independence, companionship, support that people naturally form and maintain, whether that be communities, real policing, nuclear families etc. The resulting chaos can then be then be used as part of the problem-reaction-solution for justifying more tyranny and restrictions.
