(NaturalNews) The United Nations' World Health Organization (WHO) is pushing hard to impose global consumer taxes to help fund its various programs, including a new proposal that would tax the internet in order to pay for vaccines and other pharmaceutical medicines for third-world countries. Yes, you read that right - WHO wants every person in the world to help pay for drugs that make Big Pharma even richer.

Consider it a reverse Robin Hood ploy: They're stealing from the working class and giving to the ultra wealthy drug companies!

Of course this isn't the first time the UN has petitioned governments around the world to illegally tax citizens in order to further its own agenda. In the current scheme, WHO appointed a so-called panel of "medical experts" to prepare a report highlighting various financing ideas that would fund all the projects WHO is trying to accomplish in the world. One of those ideas is to have governments tax internet usage in their countries and give the money to WHO for "medical research and development" in poorer, developing countries. (This is code-speak for unlawfully pouring billions of taxpayer dollars into the coffers of Big Pharma in the name of charity).

Consent must be given, it is never assumed

So there I was, thinking about the logic of the title statement. If a door to a house is open, does that mean you have consent to enter it? If a car boot is open, does that automatically mean you can help yourself to whatever is in it?

Of course not. This is one of the foundational pillars of a private property based society (i.e, a free society). Consent must be given. Now it should come as no surprise that the ever growing state seems to think it is above this basic rule (although nobody gave them consent to it). This little fact on its own should convince any and everyone that a revolution is needed. In a democracy the consent of the majority can override that of the minority. The truth is, there is no majority or minority. These are collectivist conveniences. There are only individuals. Only in a totalitarian, Marxist-style system can anyone (or group) demand the stripping of private property from another. Perfect for the ‘abolish private property’ mantra of collectivist ideologies such as socialism, communism, feminism and environmentalism.

I am about to opt out of this NHS corporate data mining project, called Summary Care Records. I have to opt out, because apparently the state was already decided that I want to opt in. They didn’t ask me obviously. Just like they didn’t ask me about bailing out banks and charging me the bill (illegal), going to war in the Middle East (illegal) and so on.

Consent is important, so are ‘rights’. They, like sunlight from the sun, are consequences of ownership. Simply put, you only have rights (consent is one) over things you own (such as yourself). Things you don’t own you have no rights over.

Simple isn’t it.

I don’t have the legal right to give you consent to enter someone else’s home and start eating out their fridge, any more than I can’t give you consent to have sex with that girl over there.

This applies to absolutely everyone. No one is exempt. It is the Great Equaliser. Socialist constructs like The Human Rights Act are not only disruptive to this logic, it is illegal (I’ll deal with this in another post). We are all equal in our rights over our own property and equally powerless over anyone else’s. Society, (from the beggar all the way up to the government) is composed of individuals. ‘Government’ doesn’t exist as a real thing, it is a virtual object that describes a group of individuals, nothing more. As such, the government should have no rights to assume consent of your property (your medical data, your organs or whatever).

They can’t do this because they don’t own you, right? I mean, if they did then you would be a slave in every meaning of the word. If they owned you, they would be able take money directly out of your pay check before you even get it. They could fine you arbitrarily, stop you from gathering as free people and protesting, ignore you when you actively reject government proposals, sell your private data to corporations, shoot you in the head because you ‘don’t look right’, pass laws purely for the purpose of taking more of your money, call you all racists and bigots for asking questions about changes in your local area, they can even sign you up to legal contracts so foreigners can tell you how you live your life and charge you hundreds of billions while they do it and even give voting rights to people who aren’t British. They could take the currency you have to use as payment for the use of your property (body) for production (provision of goods and services) and deliberately devalue it. They could borrow money from private banks that charge interest and demand you pay it.

LSD as U.S. Military weapon

In 1951, a quiet, picturesque village in southern France was suddenly and mysteriously struck down with mass insanity and hallucinations. At least five people died, dozens were interned in asylums and hundreds afflicted.

For decades it was assumed that the local bread had been unwittingly poisoned with a psychedelic mould. Now, however, an American investigative journalist has uncovered evidence suggesting the CIA peppered local food with the hallucinogenic drug LSD as part of a mind control experiment at the height of the Cold War.

The mystery of Le Pain Maudit (Cursed Bread) still haunts the inhabitants of Pont-Saint-Esprit, in the Gard, southeast France.

On August 16, 1951, the inhabitants were suddenly racked with frightful hallucinations of terrifying beasts and fire.

One man tried to drown himself, screaming that his belly was being eaten by snakes. An 11-year-old tried to strangle his grandmother. Another man shouted: "I am a plane", before jumping out of a second-floor window, breaking his legs. He then got up and carried on for 50 yards. Another saw his heart escaping through his feet and begged a doctor to put it back. Many were taken to the local asylum in strait jackets.

Time magazine wrote at the time: "Among the stricken, delirium rose: patients thrashed wildly on their beds, screaming that red flowers were blossoming from their bodies, that their heads had turned to molten lead."

Eventually, it was determined that the best-known local baker had unwittingly contaminated his flour with ergot, a hallucinogenic mould that infects rye grain. Another theory was the bread had been poisoned with organic mercury.

However, H P Albarelli Jr., an investigative journalist, claims the outbreak resulted from a covert experiment directed by the CIA and the US Army's top-secret Special Operations Division (SOD) at Fort Detrick, Maryland.

The scientists who produced both alternative explanations, he writes, worked for the Swiss-based Sandoz Pharmaceutical Company, which was then secretly supplying both the Army and CIA with LSD.

Mr Albarelli came across CIA documents while investigating the suspicious suicide of Frank Olson, a biochemist working for the SOD who fell from a 13th floor window two years after the Cursed Bread incident. One note transcribes a conversation between a CIA agent and a Sandoz official who mentions the "secret of Pont-Saint-Esprit" and explains that it was not "at all" caused by mould but by diethylamide, the D in LSD.

While compiling his book, A Terrible Mistake: The Murder of Frank Olson and the CIA's Secret Cold War Experiments, Mr Albarelli spoke to former colleagues of Mr Olson, two of whom told him that the Pont-Saint-Esprit incident was part of a mind control experiment run by the CIA and US army.

After the Korean War the Americans launched a vast research programme into the mental manipulation of prisoners and enemy troops.

Scientists at Fort Detrick told him that agents had sprayed LSD into the air and also contaminated "local foot products".

Mr Albarelli said the real "smoking gun" was a White House document sent to members of the Rockefeller Commission formed in 1975 to investigate CIA abuses. It contained the names of a number of French nationals who had been secretly employed by the CIA and made direct reference to the "Pont St. Esprit incident." In its quest to research LSD as an offensive weapon, Mr Albarelli claims, the US army also drugged over 5,700 unwitting American servicemen between 1953 and 1965.

None of his sources would indicate whether the French secret services were aware of the alleged operation. According to US news reports, French intelligence chiefs have demanded the CIA explain itself following the book's revelations. French intelligence officially denies this.

Locals in Pont-Saint-Esprit still want to know why they were hit by such apocalyptic scenes. "At the time people brought up the theory of an experiment aimed at controlling a popular revolt," said Charles Granjoh, 71.

"I almost kicked the bucket," he told the weekly French magazine Les Inrockuptibles. "I'd like to know why."

WHO Recommends Mandatory Injections to Almost Two Hundred Countries 

Executives from Baxter, Novartis, Glaxo-Smith Kline, and Sanofi Pasteur have seats at the advisory group that on July 13th recommended mandatory H1N1 vaccination of everyone in all 194 countries that belong to the World Health Organization (WHO), according to a report just issued by journalist Jane Burgermeister. WHO spokesperson Alphaluck Bhatiasevi confirmed that Dr. Margaret Chan did not give the press briefing at WHO headquarters in Geneva as anticipated. Supermarkets' Bloody Vaccination Campaign

Burd, the Chairman of Safeway Supermarkets (VONS, Pavilions, and more) is also the founder of the Coalition to Advance Healthcare Reform (CAHR) in the US., and Burd has his fingers in more pies than healthcare. His partners genocidal operations are evidenced in shocking documents delivered by these authors to the FBI last week proving Safeway's vaccinations and health care promotions are dangerously impure and unsafe.

Burd's ties to the worlds most powerful vaccine lobby and biotech trust, Partnership for New York City (PNYC), best explain why Safeway is heralding and administering shots, including the new H1N1 flu vaccines, like never before.

Safeway and Burd's conflicting interests are alarming. Partners in the PNYC includes Safeway owner Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) that acquired the chain in 1986. Burd and Lloyd C. Blankfein of Goldman Sachs are the two highest paid CEOs in America, both are high profile corporate members of the most powerful Business Council in the world, and both maintain tight connections to the drug-ring implicated in creating and circulating the 2009 pandemic.

The BusinessCouncil.org directed America's transition out of the Great Depression advising Congress to advance the Security and Exchange Act, the Banking Act, and the Social Security Act of 1935.

Experts believe that foul play is obviously behind the current pandemic as evidenced by the virus's genetics. The feared flu is a laboratory-recombinant of swine from Mexico, avian (bird) from Asia, and a human corpse contaminated with flu genes from the 1918 Spanish pandemic unearthed despite protests from scientists worldwide. The official explanation alleges an impossible, natural mating of genes from some Asian chicken, Mexican pig, and a dead-corpse buried for nearly a century.

Common sense and chilling documents sent to the FBI by these authors discredit official explanations for this pandemic, and this is not the first time this kind of accident has happened. The laboratory sourced 1977 outbreak of H1N1, a virus that went extinct for 20 years was recently acknowledged in the esteemed New England Journal of Medicine. Boycott Safeway Now!

In many Safeway stores, persuasion begins at the door. A teen, knowing nothing about vaccines, hands you a flier encouraging you to visit the pharmacy for your "impulse flu shot." He excuses himself for his ignorance using the Nuremberg defense, "I'm just doing my job."

Safeway customers never learn their pharmacists know little about the H1N1 vaccine.Proprietary ingredients in these vaccines are purposely undisclosed by Burd's partners, the vaccine makers, including Novartis, CSL, Baxter, and Glaxo-SmithKlein. Thus, the inoculations contraindications are missing from Safeway's pharmacists brains.

When on a recent visit to Safeway, Ms. Kane asked the pharmacist if he would take the shot. He replied, I am not going to lie, no, I won't take the vaccine. Five minutes later the man pleasantly provided the flu shot to a customer conned by the promotion to save 10% on her next grocery bill; so the impulse inoculation would cost her less than $20. This recession savvy promotion at check-out got her to take the shot.

Discounted injections are most profitable as they secure people's dependency on the store's pharmacy. Common vaccine and drug side effects last for years, and prescribed medicines generate greater toxicity causing additional diseases. Experts shudder to think vaccine ingredients include toxic oils, heavy metals, poisonous chemicals, anti-HIV spermicides, and (in the UK) a cancer virus believed liked to the origin of AIDS called SV40.

Incredibly, the live genetically-engineered H1N1flu viruses in Safeway's vaccines are expected to mutate rapidly with other circulating viruses including flu strains, common cancer viruses like Epstein Barr, and even HIV, potentially yielding new more deadly pandemics rivaling AIDS and the 1918 Spanish Flu.

As far as medical doctors are concerned, Safeway stores are considered competitors or travel medicine providers (TMPs), according to the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA). You get what you pay for, one official told us wishing to remain anonymous. Safeway is hiring these untrained and unqualified TMPs to administer these risky vaccines.

One of Safeway's former pharmacists explained that their best druggists are fired whenever they raise reasonable objections to vaccinations. Thus, Safeway's tenured pharmacists tend to remain lame.

For all the above reasons, an immediate lasting boycott of Safeway is indicated.

Safeway is heralding the new H1N1 flu vaccines for pregnant women despite the spermicides in these vaccines being linked by scientists to birth defects and spontaneous abortions. A main ingredient in the European injections is MF59TM with nonoxynol-9 spermicide. According to science, the MF59 with squalene alone might harm or even kill 59-out-of-60 people who buy into the stores propaganda.

Safeway's propagandists are none other than David Rockefeller's partnered media moguls: Rupert Murdock, Mortimor Zuckerman, and Thomas Glocer--the worlds premiere mind-setters. Their companies, include Time Warner, FOX and Reuters are serving psychological operations for global depopulation. They all subscribe to the Population Council of the City of New York founded and still funded by Rockefeller entities. Accept swine flu vaccine or we'll imprison you - UK gov

The short version is that the Health and Safety Executive is considering forcing everybody in the country to take the swine flu vaccine under threat of imprisonment. Never mind the fact that the vaccine may actually increase the likelihood of contracting H1N1. The governments are all deciding that your body actually belongs to them and they feel they have the right to force this vaccine on you.

In the United States, Massachusetts is pushing for something similar (trans-Atlantic synchronised tyranny).

A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.

Also in the States, Michigan had a little issue with babysitters;

It takes a village, right? Remember when you were a kid and the next door neighbor looked after you for an hour or so until your parents got back from shopping or work? Remember when your neighbor might even pick you up from school at one time or another? Remember that your parents returned the favor whenever it was necessary? Remember when neighbors felt a responsibility to each other? Well thank God we don’t have to rely on friends and neighbors any more. After all, we have the glorious state to take care of us now.

We have our fathers and mothers in government to watch out for us. Who needs neighbors? This is what has happened in the people’s state of Michigan where a kindly maternal woman is being ground under the iron boot heel of authorities from the State of Michigan because she dared to watch her neighbor’s children for about 40 minutes before school each weekday in violation of the state’s child daycare center registration laws.

Shockingly this poor woman is being threatened by the goosesteppers of the child welfare department of the Badger State — an apt name in this case — because she did not get a childcare license for watching her neighbor’s kids for the 40 minutes before the the bus arrives each morning.

Just like a little issue in Britain;

A review has been ordered into the case of two policewomen who have been told they are breaking the law by caring for each other's children.

Detective Constable Leanne Shepherd, 32, who has a two-year-old daughter Edie was ordered to end her childcare arrangement with her friend DC Lucy Jarrett who also has a toddler, Amy, aged three.

DC Shepherd said the experience was so traumatic that she would not have any more children.

The pair, who share a full-time job, had been looking after each other’s children for two-and-a-half years so both could work 10 hour days, twice a week.

Children's Minister Vernon Coaker said he wanted his department to review the case although he insisted the Childcare Act 2006 was in place 'to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children'.

Yeah yeah whatever. What they mean is it was put in place to give the state power over children. Believe me when I say this, the U.S. government and the UK are following the same masters, over the years I have seen soooo many instances of the same tyrannical regulations being put into place by both apparently 'sovereign' nations. It is almost like there is a secret government above both, giving them the orders...

Merck employees had "hit list" of doctors they sought to "neutralize"

(NaturalNews) Previously secret documents that surfaced at a Vioxx court case in April of this year reveal pharmaceutical giant Merck maintained a "hit list" of doctors to be "neutralized" for speaking out against Vioxx. Although this story was reported on NaturalNews and other sites in April, Merck's involvement in the recent round of swine flu vaccines raises new questions regarding Merck's behavior towards its critics (see below).

As was reported in The Australian, documents that have surfaced in the Federal Court in Melbourne expose the criminal intent of Merck staffers who admitted they intended to "stop funding to institutions" and "interfere with academic appointments." (These actions are highly illegal, by the way.)

According to on-the-record testimony in this Australian trial, one Merck employee said, in referring to the doctors on the hit list, "We may need to seek them out and destroy them where they live..."

That sounds a lot like a mob boss ordering a hit on a competing street thug, doesn't it?

At least eight clinical investigators were threatened or intimidated by Merck, the court heard in testimony. This is congruent with the many reports of academic intimidation by Merck that have already been published on NaturalNews.com and other news outlets. Leaked UN report claims swine flu could "kill millions" and cause "anarchy" in poor nations

(NaturalNews) A UN report leaked to The Observer claims that swine flu could "kill millions" of people in poor nations and cause a total breakdown of society unless wealthy nations come up with US$1.5 billion to pay for pandemic vaccines and anti-viral drugs. It warns that the fragile economies of developing nations could be completely destroyed by the breakdown of social services, infrastructure and medical care.

The report specifically says:

"Countries where health services are overburdened by diseases, such as HIV/Aids, tuberculosis and malaria, will have great difficulty managing the surge of cases. And if the electricity and water sectors are not able to maintain services, this will have serious implications for the ability of the health sector to function. ...If suppliers of fuel, food, telecommunications, finance or transport services have not developed plans as to how they would continue to deliver their services, the consequences could be significantly intensified."

This UN report identifies 75 countries that remain vulnerable to this chaos scenario: 6 nations in South America, 21 nations from Asia and 40 in Africa. The only way to prevent the possible collapse of these nations, the report says, is for this $1.5 billion to be spent on vaccines and anti-viral drugs.

There is no mention in the report of teaching the citizens of poor nations how to use their own local indigenous medicine, or how to get more vitamin D from sunlight, or even how to boost their immune system health through dietary changes. The suggestions of the entire report come down to just two things: Vaccines and anti-viral drugs.

Just another UN medical scam

So what's the real story behind all this? All be blunt: In my opinion, this report is just another Big Pharma scam. It's designed to scare people into sending even more money to the drug companies to buy their drugs and vaccines. The threat of the "complete collapse" of these poorer nations is designed to leverage first-world fear to motivate these nations to spend more money on precisely the things that make the pharmaceutical industry wealthy.

There's no doubt that the citizens of poor nations need help improving their health, but that should be accomplished through education and the use of local medicinal plants, not through the chemical intervention of greedy corporations from first-world nations. The last thing the people of poor nations need is yet another imperialist band of profit-minded corporations telling them to get injected.

Haven't we already learned what happens when drug companies are allowed to exploit the people of poor nations? Pfizer, for example, exploited the children of Nigeria to run illegal drug experiments (http://www.naturalnews.com/026685_P...). This cost the drug company $75 million in a class action settlement, and it cemented the company's reputation as an evil killer in the minds of many.

Stronger drinks - and larger measures - have become more popular in recent years, and the study warns that drinkers could be unwittingly risking their health even if they do not go out on “binges”.

Jonny Forsyth, senior drink analyst for Mintel, the leading market research analysts who produced the report, said: “The over-45s are drinking more regularly but not thinking they’re in danger.

Danger? Oh no!

“Alcohol has also got stronger so it doesn’t take as much to get your units.

Alcohol has gotten stronger eh. Don’t they mean alcoholic drinks? I guess in their rush to panic people they forgot to actually think about what the hell they were writing. Same as with cannabis. I’m surprised they haven’t linked it to terrorism. Yet.

Note the repeated statements about ‘units’. Your state-mandated allowed alcohol intake, those same units that are completely fabricated.

The Mintel report warns that although the total volume of alcohol being consumed is falling, as wine overtakes beer in popularity, people are often buying stronger drinks without realising it.

That is an assumption. It is also highly offensive, they assume people are too thick to read alcohol contents on bottles. But that is the general attitude to people these days, hence the nanny state, to protect you from yourselves.

The Office for National Statistics was forced last year to change its method for calculation safe drinking levels to reflect increasing strengths, as well as the trend for larger wine glasses.

So, alcohol use is falling, but the state forces the ONS to cook its books in order to keep up the War on Drinkers.

A large 250ml glass of wine is now classed as three units, as is a pint of continental lager.

Says who? Not me, so fuck ‘em. Now they have indoctrinated the public about these moon-units, they are slowly changing the goal posts, lowering the threshold of ‘acceptable alcohol use’ and trying to force people to feel guilty about drinking (again). Give it time and they will be classing the 250ml glass as four units, then five etc. The result is the same amount of drinking can be manipulated to convey a false image of ‘more units being consumed’.

So what really is the point of this article, apart from demonising innocent people living their lives.

Professor Ian Gilmore, President of the Royal College of Physicians, said: "This study shows very clearly that our problems with alcohol are not confined to binge-drinking youngsters – there is a striking increase in overall consumption in the last decade that mirrors the rising deaths from cirrhosis and other health consequences. Many regular drinkers who don’t consider themselves at risk are undoubtedly exceeding safe limits as drinks get stronger.

"This has to be tackled by providing better unit labelling information, but if we are to make an impact on the escalating health damage this must also be accompanied by bringing down the total amount we drink as a nation through a minimum unit price for alcohol.”
