Consent must be given, it is never assumed

So there I was, thinking about the logic of the title statement. If a door to a house is open, does that mean you have consent to enter it? If a car boot is open, does that automatically mean you can help yourself to whatever is in it?

Of course not. This is one of the foundational pillars of a private property based society (i.e, a free society). Consent must be given. Now it should come as no surprise that the ever growing state seems to think it is above this basic rule (although nobody gave them consent to it). This little fact on its own should convince any and everyone that a revolution is needed. In a democracy the consent of the majority can override that of the minority. The truth is, there is no majority or minority. These are collectivist conveniences. There are only individuals. Only in a totalitarian, Marxist-style system can anyone (or group) demand the stripping of private property from another. Perfect for the ‘abolish private property’ mantra of collectivist ideologies such as socialism, communism, feminism and environmentalism.

I am about to opt out of this NHS corporate data mining project, called Summary Care Records. I have to opt out, because apparently the state was already decided that I want to opt in. They didn’t ask me obviously. Just like they didn’t ask me about bailing out banks and charging me the bill (illegal), going to war in the Middle East (illegal) and so on.

Consent is important, so are ‘rights’. They, like sunlight from the sun, are consequences of ownership. Simply put, you only have rights (consent is one) over things you own (such as yourself). Things you don’t own you have no rights over.

Simple isn’t it.

I don’t have the legal right to give you consent to enter someone else’s home and start eating out their fridge, any more than I can’t give you consent to have sex with that girl over there.

This applies to absolutely everyone. No one is exempt. It is the Great Equaliser. Socialist constructs like The Human Rights Act are not only disruptive to this logic, it is illegal (I’ll deal with this in another post). We are all equal in our rights over our own property and equally powerless over anyone else’s. Society, (from the beggar all the way up to the government) is composed of individuals. ‘Government’ doesn’t exist as a real thing, it is a virtual object that describes a group of individuals, nothing more. As such, the government should have no rights to assume consent of your property (your medical data, your organs or whatever).

They can’t do this because they don’t own you, right? I mean, if they did then you would be a slave in every meaning of the word. If they owned you, they would be able take money directly out of your pay check before you even get it. They could fine you arbitrarily, stop you from gathering as free people and protesting, ignore you when you actively reject government proposals, sell your private data to corporations, shoot you in the head because you ‘don’t look right’, pass laws purely for the purpose of taking more of your money, call you all racists and bigots for asking questions about changes in your local area, they can even sign you up to legal contracts so foreigners can tell you how you live your life and charge you hundreds of billions while they do it and even give voting rights to people who aren’t British. They could take the currency you have to use as payment for the use of your property (body) for production (provision of goods and services) and deliberately devalue it. They could borrow money from private banks that charge interest and demand you pay it.

Good article from Hitchens in the Mail today, I suggest giving it a read.

If he wins, he will – as the first Tory leader to win an Election in 18 years – have the power to crush all his critics in the Tory Party.

And then where will you have to turn for help as the PC, pro-EU bulldozer trundles across our landscape destroying what is good and familiar and replacing it with a country whose inhabi­tants increasingly cannot recognise it as their own?

The Liberal Democrats? They agree with David. The Labour Party under exciting, new, Blairite Mr Miliband, heir to a Marxist dynasty?

He agrees with David, too. You will look from bench to bench in the House of Commons and see nothing but the people whose ideas have wrecked a great country in half a century, and who still won’t admit they’re wrong.

Last night, an international team of scientists announced they had deciphered an aphid's genome, or entire cache of DNA for the first time.

5,000 teenagers a year have repeat abortions

Part of the 'empowering women' (population control) agenda. When you look deep enough you start to see how many goals cross ideologies. In this case, environmentalism and feminism.

More than 5,000 teenagers had an abortion last year that was at least their second termination.

This means that one in 20 of the teenagers who became pregnant ended it with their second or further abortion.

It caused further controversy yesterday over the Government's teen pregnancy strategy, which has not only failed to hit its targets but last year also saw numbers of conceptions among teenagers actually increase.

Critics have accused ministers of relying increasingly on abortion to deal with teen pregnancy.

The latest figures – released to MPs by the Department of Health – show that repeat abortions have become common among teenagers.

They revealed that in 2008 there were 5,218 repeat abortions among girls under 20 in England, and a further 15,029 among those aged between 20 and 24.

Around one in 12 of abortions performed on teenagers were second or further repeat abortions.

The figures for repeat abortion among teenagers come amid a continuing rise in overall numbers of women having second or further abortions.

Last year nearly 65,000 women who had already had an abortion went through a second, third or further pregnancy termination.

Ten Years On: Britain Without the European Union

I started making notes to post quotes, but I would end up typing up 50% of the book. Going through numbers, billions of pounds here, billions there, just flowing out the pockets of the People of Britain, people who earn it through sweat and toil, only to be pissed away on greasing the palms of poor countries and buying off politicians, setting up quangos and throwing money at media to promote the 'correct way of thinking about the EU', usual behaviour of a corrupt regime.

Do not think about the fact that individual freedom is the blood cell of a healthy, free society, and that the EU is the opposite of that. Putting aside the corrupt money flows, whereby the accounts of the EU haven't been signed off for 15 years or more, or the historical connection between the EEC cum EU and the Nazi 'Fourth Reich' plan, or the complete lack of democratic accountability and the blatant and consistent disregard for you view or the consequences of their decisions upon your life. Just put aside the 100,000+ pages of rules and diktats the EU has created to 'regulate' your life ad infinitum, even though simple logic would dictate that the more laws you have, the less free you are, seeing as rules and laws cannot add to freedom (freedom is an absence of law). Think about that, (in gross payments) we have been forced (because we didn't consent) into giving the EU approx a quarter of a trillion pounds of YOUR money, so you can be told what you can or cannot do, lest you be forced to pay them even more. The benefits of the EU are?

In every decision in life, whether you realise it or not, you carry out a risk-benefit assessment. Is going up to that girl at the bar worth the potential date later? The cost of that van worth the potential extra business? Think about how the EU benefits you. Forget their waffle, the expensive leaflets and propaganda. Try and think how paying the EU over £12,300 per minute, 24/7 year in, year out, benefits you. Compare it to how much you think it would benefit you by not paying it, and by not being told what to do.

I did say the book was short, I read it in a matter of hours without hardly trying. Unfortunately most people under the age of 18 can't read, but for those who can, get a copy.

I have picked a quote from the book, I think this sums up the EU nicely.

Eid al-Adha empties inner London schools

The Islamic holiday has emptied schools in inner London. My little sisters primary school class has only two students in it today. The other class has three. Such is the scale of Islamic immigration into Britain and their subsequent birthrates, subsidised purely by taxpayer funds through Income Support and Child Benefit, which for some inexplicable reason doesn't have a cap.

Indigenous people in Britain are not actually having enough children to replace their population. The cost of living is too high, one of the reasons is the tax burden, a large chunk of which goes to pay for unproductive people to have families. This cannot be an 'accident'. In my opinion this is criminal conspiracy to destroy the productive, intelligent people of Britain through state brainwashing and redistribution of wealth. Funding your own downfall, the same way the state taxes you to pay for the surveillance state to watch you with.

The globalist proxy which is the LibLabCon political oligopoly has its allegiance with supranational interests. Everyone is going on about AGW being about global taxes. But that isn't the big picture, that's a symptom of it, not a cause. Man-made global warming was invented to provide a global 'enemy' to 'unite' the nations of the world in opposition too.

To push a global tax there must be a global legal system, superior in authority to the people within those nations. This is about an centralised system of control, external to any nation, administered by a global elite, hidden behind various false democratic inventions such as the EU.

Remember, the indigenous people ARE Britain. Without you there is no Britain. Nations, borders, legal systems, businesses, freedom, anything. The only thing that really matters is you. The rest are inventions which rely on your consent to exist. Until people realise this, there can be no real freedom. People will just reject one tyranny and adopt another.

Third of children never see dad after a divorce

More than one in three children never see their father again after their parents split up, research into family breakdown shows.

And nearly one in ten is so traumatised by the separation that they have considered suicide.

Children are often used as ‘emotional footballs’ and left feeling ‘used, isolated and alone’, with many turning to drink, drugs and truanting.

Sandra Davis, head of family law at Mishcon de Reya, which carried out the survey of more than 4,000 people, said: ‘This research highlights that despite their best intentions, parents are often using their children as emotional footballs.

Notice how this article opens with fathers not seeing children, implying it is their choice (and thus are 'deadbeat dads'), but when it comes to children being used as emotional weapons, they generalise. I mean, if so many children are kept by the mother, and the father has NO CONTACT, you must assume that the majority of emotional abuse would come from the mother. But you cannot criticise mothers right, the all-perfect little things.

‘They can be seen as tangible objects. There has to be change to give our children a voice that’s meaningful.

How about equal rights to the children, which is actually enforceable?

Home Office engaged in conspiracy regarding immigration

Conspiracy; an agreement between two or more persons to break the law at some time in the future, and, in some cases, with at least one overt act in furtherance of that agreement.

Labour's “open door” immigration policy knowingly risked allowing dangerous people to settle in Britain unchecked, according to documents seen by The Sunday Times.

The Whitehall correspondence, which was illegally withheld by the Home Office for four years, shows how ministers were told by the country’s most senior immigration official that his staff were to be “encouraged to take risks” when granting visas, work permits and extended residency to hundreds of thousands of new migrants.

The cover-up of this policy of risk-taking was so concerted that Richard Thomas, the then information commissioner, sent a team of investigators into the Home Office to trawl all the relevant papers. Earlier this year he rebuked the department for breaking the law and ordered it to release the material under the freedom of information (FoI) law.

The documents help to explain the huge rise in the flow of migrants into Britain as the Home Office rushed to clear a backlog of 45,000 cases.

Officials agreed to fast-track 337,000 applications with minimal checks. This led to a rapid rise in immigration. In 1999, 170,000 visas were granted; by 2002, this had risen to 300,000.

Yeah, and the rest. Let's see. More immigrants floods the labour market, the public services, the scum they let in increase the crime rate (more laws and government surveillance anyone), the welfare state buys votes while disempowering the indigenous people. Single mothers breed feral brats, more crime, more mindless servants of the state, more dependents. This is what happens when you interfere with families

LONDON (Reuters) - Some children are living in such poverty that
their lives mirror the suffering of those in the "times of Dickens," a
teachers' union leader says.

Lesley Ward, president of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers
(ATL), said some children come from communities with such deprivation
that it is incredibly hard for schools to help rectify.

"There are perfectly healthy children who enter school not yet toilet-trained," Ward told a reception in London.

"Children who cannot dress themselves, children who only know how to
eat with a spoon, and have never sat around a table to enjoy a
home-cooked family meal. Children who don't know who will be at home
when they get home -- if anyone.

Well we all know, one of the primary goals of this government has been the destruction of the nuclear family, to replace it with the mutated socialist state-family. That is, instead of father - mother - children, it is state - mother - children. The biggest additional factor is the welfare system which specifically encourages single mother units, and indeed, actually punishes families where the father is present.

On top of that, the massive financial burden of this corporate socialist state means that anyone that does get around to working is battered by taxes. This makes it harder for those on benefits to get out of the rut they are in. Which is actually the point. The state does not want people wealthy, healthy and independent of them, because the state automatically loses its power over us. So this can only get worse.

Ward said she knew of one pupil who watched from a classroom window
as his father was in handcuffs after his house's front door was kicked
down.

"The reality is that six in 10 poor children live in families where
someone works. That's shocking isn't it -- you go out to work, perhaps
two or even three part-time jobs, and you're still living below the
poverty line," she said.

"Life mirroring the times of Dickens."

She said deprivation caused the problem of "poverty of aspiration,"
with parents seeing little value in education, but she rejected the
notion that teachers just accepted this.

Teaches can only do so much. Broken dependent homes will most likely breed broken dependent offspring. Broken in the sense they cannot think for themselves and dependent on the state for survival.

And that is just how the state wants it.

Government response to e-petition for equal rights regarding rape accusations

“We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to assign equal anonymous rights to both rape victim and accused until verdict is given.”

Details of Petition:

“It seems more than obvious that whilst rape is a very serious crime, being accused of rape is just as serious. With rape, the stain of being accused does not wash away with the verdict, it stains a character and prevents an equal footing guarenteed by law, especially since until the verdict is given, the accused is innocent. There is no plausible argument for releasing the name of the accused as this does nothing to further justice, but only serves to punish them outside of the judicial system. The only punishment for rape, should be passed down by a judge, not by newspapers, their peers, or their employers. Therefore revealing their identity is an unjust punishment without basis in english law. We therefore request that ALL parties to a rape case are anonymous, until a verdict is reached.”

The response is as follows, with my comments;

The Government does not agree that releasing the name of an accused is a punishment and does not agree that there should be anonymity for defendants in rape cases. The Government is satisfied that the law as it stands is operating satisfactorily and has no plans to change it.

Well it is not satisfactory for the ever increasing numbers of men now finding themselves the victim of fraudulent rape accusations, is it?

Complainants in rape cases are granted anonymity in order to encourage them to come forward. The potential harm and distress caused by publicity could discourage complainants from bringing proceedings and thus enable very serious offenders to escape justice.

And what of the very real harm and distress caused by tarnishing innocent men with the horrible brush of ‘rapist’. Men have their lives threatened, been physically attacked, their families and friends attacked, livelihoods ruined, even committed suicide, purely because they are not offered the protection of anonymity until proven guilty.

Note I said proven guilty, not proven innocent, which is what this government policy seems to assume for men in this situation. So much for equality and so much for the Rule of Law.

Defendants in rape cases are not properly comparable with complainants but with defendants in other kinds of criminal case. Defendants accused of other criminal offences do not have anonymity, regardless of the offence involved.

Correct in a way, defendants in rape cases are not properly comparable. Defendants, when their name is plastered all over the media, have their lives destroyed regardless of the outcome. The damage is already done.

This is about trying to make examples of innocent men to please feminists. This is about one rule for the accuser and another for the accused. This is about the government doing its best to encourage rape accusations, whether they be true or not and pushing for convictions, whether the man is guilty or not, for higher statistics which inevitably equals more laws and regulations over peoples’ behaviour and more money for feminist, man and family hating quangos.

This is about demonising all men as rapists, instilling fear and encouraging female mistrust of all men.

This is state-sanctioned misandry for power and political gain, nothing else.

This is the real face of feminism.

Councils to be able to restrain ‘stalkers’ even if found innocent

People may be given restraining orders even if they have been found not guilty of any offence, under a controversial extension of the power of the courts unveiled yesterday.

From the end of next month, courts will have greater freedom to grant the orders against those suspected of harassment or domestic violence.

Restraining orders are designed to stop stalkers harassing victims, or abusers to stop harming their partners.

In some cases, they place restrictions on going near a victim's house or workplace.

Currently courts can issue restraining orders only following conviction for two types of offences, harassment or putting someone in fear of violence.

Under the new rules, an order can be made following conviction for any offence and even when a defendant is acquitted.

And the police state grows ever larger. The councils can now impose restraining orders on innocent people if they ‘suspect’ that person. What next? Taking men falsely accused of rape and throwing them in prison anyway?

I suppose this all goes into the ‘evil men’ feminist statistics, because you know this will be directed against men. It also continues the state desire to encroach utterly on every aspect of our lives, usually by pretending to be doing it in ‘our best interests’.

Well, rape convictions have been consistently falling, and you want to use mass immigration of people from Islamic countries as a pretext to impose vague fuzzy draconian laws on us all?

Fairness – the weasel word

Planning laws are deliberately biased in favour of gipsies and travellers, a Government minister has finally admitted.

After years of official denials on the issue, Communities Secretary Shahid Malik confessed that travelling families are treated differently from 'the settled community'.

Justifying the policy, the minister said: 'Fairness does not mean treating people equally; it means addressing the different needs of different people.'

Read that carefully. Fairness does NOT mean treating people equally, it means treating people differently according to their needs.

Their needs should be irrelevant. The Law is the Law. There are two types of egalitarian, the ones who call for equality of opportunity (Rule of Law) and those who want equality of outcome. (Socialism). Guess which one this slimy little shit is speaking of. Still this slimy Muslim dickhead usurper has no qualms with undermining the ancient Rule of Law. As he himself has said, what he really wants is a Muslim dominated Parliament and the establishment of a Britain ruled by a vicious, barbaric seventh-century death cult.

John Cleese's ex-wife will leave divorce richer than him

John Cleese has been forced to agree a divorce settlement of nearly £12.5million with his third wife.

The deal is likely to leave her richer than him.

He will hand over £8million to Alyce Faye Eichelberger in cash and assets, plus £612,000 a year for the next seven years, despite them having no children.

The payout will reduce 69-year-old Cleese's overall wealth to around £10million.

He has, however, managed to find a sense of humour about the settlement, saying: 'I got off lightly. Think what I'd have had to pay Alyce if she'd contributed anything to the relationship.'

Revelations about the divorce, which it is understood will be rubberstamped imminently, have come from Cleese's friend Michael Winner.

The film director and restaurant critic said: 'His ex-wife Alyce Faye Eichelberger told me on a previous spat..."John doesn't know what's going to hit him. I'll take him for every penny". She kept her word.'

A woman faces jail after luring a man into having sex with her and then crying rape in a plot to claim thousands of pounds in compensation.

Sarah-Jane Hilliard, 20, applied for £7,500 from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority days after falsely accusing Grant Bowers, 19, of raping her.

Yesterday, the telesales employee was told she faced a jail term, after her web of lies was exposed in court in May.

Officers contacted Mr Bowers and told him he would not be charged and instead arrested Hilliard for perverting the course of justice.

It is toxic and should not be eaten, drunk, put on the skin or injected.

Put in plain English, polysorbate 80 can affect your immune system and cause severe anaphylactic shock which can kill.

There are 4.2million closed circuit TV cameras here, one per every 14 people.
