Eugenics is alive and well in Britain

State deems mother 'not clever enough to raise child', confiscates baby.

I'm trying to match that, to this...

Social services missed 31 separate chances to prevent the brutal attack by two sadistic brothers on two young schoolboys, according to a damning review into the case.

Just to note: If the mother has not "informed" on the birth of her child (i.e. not had a birth certificate issued), then I don't think social services have any lawful jurisdiction.

Sickening. If they had their way, they'd sterilise her.
