The Federal government, influenced by the United Nations, is stealing American land and resources as Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is implemented in all states. Sustainable Development seems appealing and desirable on the surface, but it is actually a plot to erase humans entirely from 50% of American land, with a ban on extraction of resources, like water!

Dr. Michael Coffman, the creator of the Agenda 21 map, covertly obtained secret United Nations documents he used to compile the map which illustrates the resource acquisition goals of the Globalists at the UN. While Sustainable Development appears to be benign, its accompanying Global Biodiversity Assessment report states that only one billion people can be sustained in an industrial society!

An example of this is playing out right now in California, regarding the man made drought. This situation affects every American, as California’s Central Valley supplies our country with 50% of its vegetable, fruits and nuts ( http://www.cdfa.ca.gov/, see the California Agricultural Statistical Review report). The federal Endangered Species Act, regarding the ‘threatened’ smelt minnow, is being used to severly restrict the water pump that delivers water from the Delta to the Central Valley farmlands, thus creating the drought condition. Both the federal Department of Interior and the federal Department of Commerce are claiming jurisdiction in order to control water resources.

EU Preparing for Armed Gendarmerie Against Treaty-disobedient Populations

Summary: First a video with Barroso's nervous speech to the masterminds of the EU - the Council on Foreign Relations. Sweden wants an answer as to why EUFOR soldiers are not being used more outside the EU - has even created a Nordic Battlegroup whom Sweden wants to use! Two exercises have been held in Sweden, where EUFOR as the Southern Liberation Army was to defeat a Nordic National League for the benefit of Southeners! Since 2006, there is now a European Gendarmerie Force, consisting of armed combat troops in police uniforms. They are the Sturmabteilung (SA) of the New World Order. The gendarmerie is primarily under the EU, but may be ordered to be deployed anywhere by the UN, NATO, OSCE and other international organizations. They are to be deployed in expected unrests and civil wars (against Muslims?) in countries under the Treaty of Lisbon - as well as against countries that do not want to join it. Gendarms from outside will be sent to a rebellious country, lest they should stick at shooting into demonstrations and at others, which they are entitled to, after death penalty is reintroduced with the Treaty of Lisbon (Prof. KA Schachtschneider, German politician, Klaus Buchner). Buchner describes the Lisbon Treaty as a coup d´état. None of the German Bundestag members had seen an authorized version of the Treaty before they voted for it - because the party leadership said they had to!

We have seen that death penalty will be re-introduced in the EU by the Lisbon Treaty, how Mr. Barroso calls the Lisbon Treaty the Treaty for enlargement - and the EU body, the EESC, calls it the Treaty for a common immigration policy (directed from the top) - and Barroso also calls it the Treaty for world governance and EU-aggressive war.

EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS 8 Sept. 2009 - The Swedish EU presidency wants defence ministers to have a closer look at the bloc's quick response forces, which so far have never been deployed due to a lack of consensus among member states. "The concept of EU battlegroups is good, but they have not been used until now. We want to have a political discussion on why this is the case," Olof Skoog, a diplomat representing the Swedish EU presidency told members of the security and defence committee in the European Parliament on 7 September.

Last year, Stockholm co-ordinated the set-up of the Nordic battle group, comprising 2,800 soldiers mostly from Sweden and also from Finland, Norway, Ireland and Estonia. The endeavour cost Sweden more than €100 million. "We made the investment in order for the battlegroup to be used."

Since January 2007, the EU has in theory always had two battlegroups on call, each comprising at least 1500 combat soldiers.

In Sweden they have had civil war games, where EU´s rapid task force, EUFOR, invades Sweden to fight the "Nordic Nationalist League" (Swedish Home Guard!) on behalf of the good Southeners. In another war game the Nordic Nationalist League was fought by an invasion army of the good Southern Liberation Army alongside of Swedish regular troops around Malmö! (Swedish Army´s link removed!! I previously had the story here - and Altermedia.info had it, too ).

Set up for deployment within 5-10 days, the battlegroups are designed as rapid response forces in emergency situations, when the United Nations or Nato cannot intervene quickly enough. They need the unanimous approval of all EU member states in order to be deployed, which is the main reason why they have not been used so much.

Brussels has set up a new EU police force
The Daily Express 9 Sept. 2007: Critics last night warned that the force could eventually patrol the streets of Britain if Gordon Brown signs up to the new EU constitution, Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Independence Party, described the new force as “sinister”. He said: “It is not at all clear to me why the EU needs its own police force."

Wise Up Journal 16 Sept. 2009 reports what I read on and cut from the following EGF-linked articles, which were then suddenly removed from the internet!!! Nevertheless, I keep the links, as they prove this manipulation and the sensitivity of that gendarmerie. Sometimes, the links work again.

The EGF will possess an initial rapid-reaction capability up to 800 persons within 30 days, that can be reinforced. The rapidly deployable EGF must be able to conduct, amongst others, operations that support the fight against organised crime and also be able to protect participants of other civilian missions.

The total strength of the Force could reach 2300. Usually the mandate will be based on relevant UN Security Council Resolutions or on political guidelines from EU or other international organisations that intervene in the field of crisis management.
The civilian police capabilities … comprise both police services with civilian status and police forces with military status of the gendarmerie type.
Recognising that a number of countries have initiated studies aiming at changing military police forces to gendarmerie-type structures, the EGF is willing to help facilitating institutional changes in other EU Member States.

"At the European level we are already preparing intensively for the counter-insurgency, which - considering the envisaged measures - could certainly assume civil war proportions.” This is according to a report by a usually very reliable informer under the symbol of "EUROGENDFOR (European Gendarmerie Force).

In a crisis situation, the following course of events is expected: 1. the local police are trying to become masters of the situation. If they do not, 2. EUROGENDFOR then comes to their aid – and their forces do not shrink from shooting. This is how they would still avoid the impression that the national army of an EU-country is to shoot at its own citizens. Only if this measure does not show the desired success, 3. the military can be used "to correct". It is also intended to use troops from "friendly" foreign nations to let them shoot at one's own rebellious people.

But it goes even further: The EUROGENDFOR's founding documents also provide for the basic possibility to intervene in EU countries that have not ratified the Treaty of Lisbon or want to leave the"fold". On its use in an emergency, a "war council" consisting essentially of the ministers of defense and of the interior of the participating countries, will decide.

Once the EUROGENDFOR force has become active, the national self-determination of the country concerned is out, all buildings occupied by members of the reaction force are no longer accessible for local authorities. National law will as far as possible be overridden."

Berliner Umschau 7. Sept. 2009: The head of the German Ecological-Democratic Party, Klaus Buchner, handed a complaint to the German Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe on the Lisbon Treaty. Klaus Buchner:1. The Treaty virtually abolishes our democracy. The eternity clauses are removed by the Treaty of Lisbon. It is a coup d´état. 2.The article 151 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the Union: all social legislation is subject to the condition that the competitiveness of the economy is not disrupted. 3. Coercion to arm and the possibility of wars of aggression. This is explicitly stated about war of oil. It is also expressly stated that in legal suppression of rebellion and insurrection - it is literally in the European Convention on Human Rights - selective killing is allowed. This means that not only is shooting into demonstrations allowed, but people can be taken out and executed.
The basic law remains in force only for so long as it does not contradict any small edict by the EU.

The written form of the consolidated Treaty came only after the vote (in the German Bundestag). The House voted without knowing the contract. I have the testimony of an SPD deputy. He said: “My party leadership has said that the agreement is good, so I agreed.”
To me it was shocking that the military aspects of this Treaty have not been negotiated by the judges. On military aspects was not to be spoken.

But maybe here is hope. The Telegraph 21 Sept. 2009: But the council of ministers will continue to decide foreign policy by consensus, not by qualified majority voting, leaving national governments in the driving seat. In the end, none of these reforms will alter the central fact that member states do not think of themselves as forming a cohesive union.

This is indeed very sinister. By means of the Lisbon Treaty the cynical New World Order elite is planning to introduce an absolute dictatorship – reintroducing death penalty. If people protest too vigorously, they will be defeated by professional gendarmerie – possibly military forces from other countries not afraid of shooting against their own fellow countrymen. That small countries like Serbia have the New World Order imposed, is an old story. That the EU detached an ancient Serbian province from Serbia and lets the Muslims destroy Christianity there is part of the EU “unity in diversity.”
The EU elite seems to have an itching in the trigger finger – to show the world how big they have grown – and in order to have their share of world governance glory and profit.

The EU builds on 3 policing pillars: 1. The Europol 2. the EU-gendarmerie 3. the Eufor/EDSP. However,other international institutions, e.g. the UN, can order the EGF into action, too.
Klaus Buchner is right: The Frankfurter Allgemeine 5 Oct., 2008: "The Federal Army is to be brought into action within Germany proper in emergencies, and a Constitutional change will be made," said the chairman of the Union´s parliamentary group, Volker Kauder, after a meeting in the coalition committee.
But the necessary “legal” basis for the offensive application outside the EU of these forces is the Lisbon Treaty. And without that treaty they are not allowed to kill us.

Supermarkets' Bloody Vaccination Campaign

Wondering why food stores and pharmacies have replaced doctors offices and clinics as vaccination stations? Ask Steve Burd, the wizard behind Obama's Health Care Reform plan.

Burd, the Chairman of Safeway Supermarkets (VONS, Pavilions, and more) is also the founder of the Coalition to Advance Healthcare Reform (CAHR) in the US., and Burd has his fingers in more pies than healthcare. His partners genocidal operations are evidenced in shocking documents delivered by these authors to the FBI last week proving Safeway's vaccinations and health care promotions are dangerously impure and unsafe.

Burd's ties to the worlds most powerful vaccine lobby and biotech trust, Partnership for New York City (PNYC), best explain why Safeway is heralding and administering shots, including the new H1N1 flu vaccines, like never before.

Safeway and Burd's conflicting interests are alarming. Partners in the PNYC includes Safeway owner Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) that acquired the chain in 1986. Burd and Lloyd C. Blankfein of Goldman Sachs are the two highest paid CEOs in America, both are high profile corporate members of the most powerful Business Council in the world, and both maintain tight connections to the drug-ring implicated in creating and circulating the 2009 pandemic.

The BusinessCouncil.org directed America's transition out of the Great Depression advising Congress to advance the Security and Exchange Act, the Banking Act, and the Social Security Act of 1935.

Experts believe that foul play is obviously behind the current pandemic as evidenced by the virus's genetics. The feared flu is a laboratory-recombinant of swine from Mexico, avian (bird) from Asia, and a human corpse contaminated with flu genes from the 1918 Spanish pandemic unearthed despite protests from scientists worldwide. The official explanation alleges an impossible, natural mating of genes from some Asian chicken, Mexican pig, and a dead-corpse buried for nearly a century.

Common sense and chilling documents sent to the FBI by these authors discredit official explanations for this pandemic, and this is not the first time this kind of accident has happened. The laboratory sourced 1977 outbreak of H1N1, a virus that went extinct for 20 years was recently acknowledged in the esteemed New England Journal of Medicine. Boycott Safeway Now!

In many Safeway stores, persuasion begins at the door. A teen, knowing nothing about vaccines, hands you a flier encouraging you to visit the pharmacy for your "impulse flu shot." He excuses himself for his ignorance using the Nuremberg defense, "I'm just doing my job."

Safeway customers never learn their pharmacists know little about the H1N1 vaccine.Proprietary ingredients in these vaccines are purposely undisclosed by Burd's partners, the vaccine makers, including Novartis, CSL, Baxter, and Glaxo-SmithKlein. Thus, the inoculations contraindications are missing from Safeway's pharmacists brains.

When on a recent visit to Safeway, Ms. Kane asked the pharmacist if he would take the shot. He replied, I am not going to lie, no, I won't take the vaccine. Five minutes later the man pleasantly provided the flu shot to a customer conned by the promotion to save 10% on her next grocery bill; so the impulse inoculation would cost her less than $20. This recession savvy promotion at check-out got her to take the shot.

Discounted injections are most profitable as they secure people's dependency on the store's pharmacy. Common vaccine and drug side effects last for years, and prescribed medicines generate greater toxicity causing additional diseases. Experts shudder to think vaccine ingredients include toxic oils, heavy metals, poisonous chemicals, anti-HIV spermicides, and (in the UK) a cancer virus believed liked to the origin of AIDS called SV40.

Incredibly, the live genetically-engineered H1N1flu viruses in Safeway's vaccines are expected to mutate rapidly with other circulating viruses including flu strains, common cancer viruses like Epstein Barr, and even HIV, potentially yielding new more deadly pandemics rivaling AIDS and the 1918 Spanish Flu.

As far as medical doctors are concerned, Safeway stores are considered competitors or travel medicine providers (TMPs), according to the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA). You get what you pay for, one official told us wishing to remain anonymous. Safeway is hiring these untrained and unqualified TMPs to administer these risky vaccines.

One of Safeway's former pharmacists explained that their best druggists are fired whenever they raise reasonable objections to vaccinations. Thus, Safeway's tenured pharmacists tend to remain lame.

For all the above reasons, an immediate lasting boycott of Safeway is indicated.

Deadly Vaccine Additives Not Disclosed

Safeway is heralding the new H1N1 flu vaccines for pregnant women despite the spermicides in these vaccines being linked by scientists to birth defects and spontaneous abortions. A main ingredient in the European injections is MF59TM with nonoxynol-9 spermicide. According to science, the MF59 with squalene alone might harm or even kill 59-out-of-60 people who buy into the stores propaganda.

Safeway's propagandists are none other than David Rockefeller's partnered media moguls: Rupert Murdock, Mortimor Zuckerman, and Thomas Glocer--the worlds premiere mind-setters. Their companies, include Time Warner, FOX and Reuters are serving psychological operations for global depopulation. They all subscribe to the Population Council of the City of New York founded and still funded by Rockefeller entities. Their newswires neglect these deadly ties to Rockefeller cronies that include The Business Council, The Population Council, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), and the Partnership for New York City (PNYC) that was chartered by the British Royal family. These partners promote deadly vaccines, allegedly for humanities salvation, creating immunological destruction for widespread depopulation.

Especially implicated in this conspiracy tying mainstream media to mass murder in medicine is the vaccine oil adjuvant made by the Chiron Company. Hideously toxic and unlicensed for use in the U.S, the rest of the brainwashed world is opting for poisoning by Chiron's MF59, among 2693 different chemicals produced by this company for the petrochemical-pharmaceutical cartel. Chiron was criminally investigated in 2004 when millions of doses of its flu vaccines were contaminated with bacteria. The company then hired Enron's attorney, Washington defense lawyer Robert S. Bennett, to defend its position.

More recently, Chiron was acquired by Novartis, another drug giant joining Merck, Pfizer, Glaxo-SmithKlein, CSL, and other PNYC and Business Council members advancing American Health Care Reform ala Safeway's Burd.

Accept swine flu vaccine or we'll imprison you - UK gov

The short version is that the Health and Safety Executive is considering forcing everybody in the country to take the swine flu vaccine under threat of imprisonment. Never mind the fact that the vaccine may actually increase the likelihood of contracting H1N1. The governments are all deciding that your body actually belongs to them and they feel they have the right to force this vaccine on you.

In the United States, Massachusetts is pushing for something similar (trans-Atlantic synchronised tyranny).

A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.

Also in the States, Michigan had a little issue with babysitters;

It takes a village, right? Remember when you were a kid and the next door neighbor looked after you for an hour or so until your parents got back from shopping or work? Remember when your neighbor might even pick you up from school at one time or another? Remember that your parents returned the favor whenever it was necessary? Remember when neighbors felt a responsibility to each other? Well thank God we don’t have to rely on friends and neighbors any more. After all, we have the glorious state to take care of us now.

We have our fathers and mothers in government to watch out for us. Who needs neighbors? This is what has happened in the people’s state of Michigan where a kindly maternal woman is being ground under the iron boot heel of authorities from the State of Michigan because she dared to watch her neighbor’s children for about 40 minutes before school each weekday in violation of the state’s child daycare center registration laws.

Shockingly this poor woman is being threatened by the goosesteppers of the child welfare department of the Badger State — an apt name in this case — because she did not get a childcare license for watching her neighbor’s kids for the 40 minutes before the the bus arrives each morning.

Just like a little issue in Britain;

A review has been ordered into the case of two policewomen who have been told they are breaking the law by caring for each other's children.

Detective Constable Leanne Shepherd, 32, who has a two-year-old daughter Edie was ordered to end her childcare arrangement with her friend DC Lucy Jarrett who also has a toddler, Amy, aged three.

DC Shepherd said the experience was so traumatic that she would not have any more children.

The pair, who share a full-time job, had been looking after each other’s children for two-and-a-half years so both could work 10 hour days, twice a week.

Children's Minister Vernon Coaker said he wanted his department to review the case although he insisted the Childcare Act 2006 was in place 'to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children'.

Yeah yeah whatever. What they mean is it was put in place to give the state power over children. Believe me when I say this, the U.S. government and the UK are following the same masters, over the years I have seen soooo many instances of the same tyrannical regulations being put into place by both apparently 'sovereign' nations. It is almost like there is a secret government above both, giving them the orders...

But that is just CRAZY CONSPIRACY THEORY right?

State propaganda "to make people docile"

BEIJING – When the deputy editor of China's Nan Guo Morning Post, Liu Yuan, first heard details of the death of a 15-year-old boy at a camp to cure Internet addiction, he knew he had a powerful story – and a public responsibility.

The details were shocking.

The boy had been dropped off at the camp by his parents on Aug. 1 about 2 p.m. and less than 14 hours later he was dead – savagely beaten by camp "trainers." Locals later learned the camp was an unregistered business that apparently benefited from state money.

Liu dispatched a reporter and the Post broke the story Aug. 4, revealing that 12 people had been arrested and the camp shut down.

Internet addiction among Chinese youth is a serious problem, according to state media.

The news swept across the Internet like a summer storm, and soon, national media followed.

It was public service journalism of a high order, and further investigation revealed many children at the camp had been beaten.

In other countries, Liu might have received praise, a raise or perhaps a promotion – maybe even an award.

Instead, he lost his job.

Local Communist leaders felt the story had shamed the city – and made them look inept.

The local office of the party's propaganda department, responsible for keeping a tight rein on the media, removed Liu from his position.

Liu might have intended to "serve the people" – to borrow a phrase from Mao Zedong – but local leaders felt he hadn't served the party.

Such is the upside-down world of journalism in the world's most populous country, where watchdog journalists are kept on tight leashes and the interests of the party are always paramount.

Scholars say that aside from the People's Liberation Army – which is directly accountable to the Communist Party of China – there is no more powerful and important administrative branch than the sprawling, bureaucratic establishment known as the Central Propaganda Department.

While its inner operations are highly secretive, its main tasks are well known: control information, instruct the masses and mobilize them when necessary – all in the service of the party.

The department has offices that extend down to provincial, municipal and even county levels, across the country.

From a distance, China appears to be a rapidly modernizing country.

But the Communist government hasn't let go of the reins of its propaganda effort since the day it took power 60 years ago.

"It's absolutely essential to maintaining one-party rule," notes Li Datong, one of China's most respected and outspoken journalists, who rankles at such control.

"The aim of the department is to make people docile," he says, "by brainwashing them ... and that's what the party does."

According to Anne-Marie Brady, a New Zealand political scientist and Chinese propaganda specialist, the department's reach is so broad and so deep that it has, "a central guiding role over the whole of Chinese society."

Through its tentacles, the department controls virtually every means of information distribution in the country: newspapers, books, broadcast outlets, the Internet, mobile phones, education, culture, film – just about everything.

For your information, the UK government has a media blackout order that it can use to 'protect the governments interests'. I can't remember what it's called though. Blair used it to stop the media reporting on BAE funding hookers and cocaine for Saudi arms buyers a few years ago. Anyway, my point is if you think the UK government does not have its own propaganda arm, along with a network of state-serving quangos, fake charities and media fronts, you are mistaken.
